Manifolds

The manifold is the heart of any exhaust system and requires the highest level of skill and experience to create. We take great care to ensure there are equal branch lengths regardless of how tight the space is under the bonnet. All aspects of the exhaust are gas purged to ensure maximum airflow, reliability and strength.

Silencers

We make all our exhausts silencers in-house which means we are totally flexible when meeting your requirements. These can be any shape or size in a range of finishes. Made from high grade stainless steel, they have a perforated core wrapped in wire wool and then packed with high temperature fibre glass wadding. We can also accommodate the need for a re-packable option more commonly used in motorsport.

We also have our own noise testing equipment which is becoming increasingly important as noise levels are becoming an increasingly strict rule.

Collectors

Again we manufacture our own merge collectors in-house. merge collectors. The priory here is to create a smooth airflow into the exhaust system avoiding any disturbance. We achieve this by utilising correct merge angles and purging to reduce back pressure and restrictions.

We can also offer the option of one piece billet collectors which can be used for heavy duty turbo applications.

Downpipes

We can manufacture a downpipe for any application, made to the same exacting standards, incorporating standard flange fittings or high-grade V bands. All sizes of sensor boss’s are included and positioned to suit each individual application.

Fuel and Catch Tanks

Made in-house there is no limit to the size, capacity or shape of the tank you require with bespoke outlet/inlet pipework fittings to suit. We use high grade aluminium for catch tanks and modern fuel tanks but can also use steel for more classic oriented fuel tanks.

While we produce fabulous exhaust systems we are not above helping people out with straight forward repairs whether its corroded flanges or a blown flexi we will do our best to help you out.
