1. Processing & Production Times

Because we are a dedicated, small-batch manufacturer, our fulfillment timeline depends on stock availability:

• In-Stock Items: Orders for stocked components are processed and dispatched within 2 working days.

• Made-to-Order / Backordered Items: For our back order items production lead times typically range from 2 to 4 weeks. We will notify you immediately upon ordering to provide an estimated dispatch date.

2. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

We ship all UK orders using secure, tracked courier services to ensure your valuable components arrive safely.

• Standard Fully Tracked Delivery: Delivered within 3-5 working days from dispatch.

• Express Tracked Delivery: Delivered within 1 to 2 working days from dispatch (available on stock items only).

• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of your order.

3. International Shipping

We proudly ship our components to classic car enthusiasts, restoration shops, and workshops globally.

• Carrier Partners: We utilize global couriers to ensure reliable, fully insured, and tracked transit.

• Delivery Timelines: International transit typically takes 5 to 15 days depending on your location and customs processing.

• Customs, Duties, & Import Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Krolltek cannot predict or control these fees.

4. Order Tracking & Insurance

• Tracking Number: As soon as your order is handed over to our courier, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.

• Transit Insurance: Given the high-value nature of heritage components, all our shipments are fully insured during transit. A signature will be strictly required upon delivery.

5. Collection / Pick-Up

If you are located nearby or wish to arrange your own specialized transport for large/fragile components, we offer a "Collection by Appointment" service from our UK workshop. Please contact us directly to coordinate a pickup time.

6. Damages & Transit Issues

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please sign for it as "Damaged" with the courier if possible, or refuse the delivery. Inspect your components immediately upon arrival. In the rare event of transit damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@krolltek.com with accompanying photos so we can initiate an insurance claim and arrange a swift replacement.

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return conditions carefully.

1. Return Window

You have 20 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund, your component must be in the exact condition you received it:

• It must be unfitted, unblemished, and undamaged. We cannot accept returns for parts that have been test-fitted to an engine or vehicle.

• It must be returned in its original packaging with all supplied hardware, gaskets, and documentation included.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Bespoke / Custom Orders: Components that have been specifically customized, altered, or fabricated entirely to your unique specifications cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.

  4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@krolltek.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

  3. Packages sent back to our workshop without prior authorization will not be processed.

  5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Recommendation: Because of the high value of heritage components, you must use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

  6. Damages, Defectives, and Fitment Issues

  If your package arrives visibly damaged, please sign for it as "Damaged" with the courier if possible. Inspect your components immediately upon arrival.

  • In the rare event of transit damage or a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@krolltek.com with accompanying photos.

  • If a part does not fit as expected, please contact our technical team before taking any action. If the error is on our end, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

    7. Refunds Process

    Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected by our workshop team, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
